100% take DCL over Antonio, Jiminez and Zaha. Antonio is 32 and has scored 56 goals in 7 years in the Premiership. Jiminez is sadly not remotely the player he was pre-injury. Zaha has scored 61 Premiership goals in 8 years so again hardly any more prolific. Palace have been poor during that time but then so have we. Toney would be an interesting punt, but what would we have to pay for him? Same for Bowen, West Ham won't let him go cheaply and in all honesty, why would he come to Everton? Mitrovic is an odd one because with all the goals you would think clubs would be more interested than they appear to be. Poor seasons in the Premiership maybe. Unless we can sell Dom for a silly amount and get a replacement much cheaper then I can't see it being worth the risk.

This feller is simply nowhere near good enough.

I terll you this, patience has run out for him. If he stays and still cant score enough goals early next season the fans will be gunning for him.

No one is coming in for him with a any bid. THAT is why he'll remain.

Yes when he scored 16 goals, good for 7th in the league, including a lot of really quality ones. And the other parts of his game were top. I guess I just really don't understand your point there. I'm saying that if he replicates that we have one of the top strikers in the country. Your agendas against certain players is confusing if I'm being honest.

My point here is easy enough to undersatnd and is consistent with most other poster's views on this thread: he's tripe.

@bicycleheader instead of the middle finger reaction please tell me how Dom is unplayable or even tell me to go and watch a game that he's been unplayable in. Some fans are just wrapped up in their own little Everton world and can't see a bad word said against their favourite players have you got DCL PJ's?

1. Being a kid
2. Playing out wide
3. Being horrifically injured.

He is easily our best striking option which means we need another to compete with him. That isn’t Richy or Rondon.

Hopefully our young wingbacks come good next season and we can save a penny there. We desperately need a ballin central mid to control the freakin games. Too many gaps to fill with too little cash available

yes he was injured I'm not disputing he's a decent player and has improved massively but it was the on his day he's unplayable that I asked if it was a joke, to me only the TOP TOP players are unplayable

Love to see him working hard in the gym. What a rubbish season to be an attacker. all he needs is a proper alternative at CF to compete with him and push him, or give him a rest once a while. That'll push him and he'll get better.
A younger or older, but not the same age player would be great.
We still, STILL, need 2 midfielders (one dynamic/ creative, one a great passer) and a CB, and these will help DCL in the long run.
