Hopefully, Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be fit and well sooner rather than later. I really feel for the lad, he's having some terrible luck with injuries.
We can discuss all day the sitters he's missed last 2 games. He should have controlled the pass from Iwobi first half as well.
Truth is though we are a far better team with him in it than not. The drop off in quality once Maupay came on was alarming.
We still needed someone else , a proper signing in the summer and that is the case in January as well as it looks like DCLs body just isn't going to be robust enough to get him a long run of games.

Well if it's the chance I am thinking of, then yes. Iwobi, DCL, and Maupay, with just the keeper to beat, should be scoring in those situations.

He is grossly overrated. If fully fit he would not get in any top 6 team. His body language shows his frustration with himself when he cocks up headers. passes or shots. Maybe he reads the media garbage about his England chances.
I don't really understand comments like this. Even if he didn't get into a Top 6 team why would that not be enough for us? We are so far away from the Top 6 sides.

Because we must aspire to getting a few top rated players if we are ever to get near the top end. 25 average to poor players will condemn us forever to bottom 6 struggles or worse.
