Muscular athletes that dont just run in a straight line are a nirvana for muscle pulls, twinges, et al. Carrol, Ferguson, Dom. Basically the same shape. Basically the same issues. I maybe wrong, but I cant recall any of them having A serious injury, more constant niggles. Its really annoying, cos like Dom, on their game, and fit, they were all dominant players.

Unless it's an absolute needs-must scenario in the final couple of games, I would not be surprised at all if he didn't play again this season.

I understand what you mean but I was always lucky enough to get sick pay when I wasn't fit for work - so it doesn't seem wrong that DCL gets it too.

If I had the choice of rehab or playing in front of 40,000 Evertonians I know which I would prefer.
