No doubt at all that he'll be out until Christmas. Always much worse than first imagined at Everton.

It doesn’t work like that at all.

I know...its not ideal. But some of the off the field work he has done in germany as well as more work in the gym can only be at a positive to at least keep building on his fitness. Match fitness is an issue for sure...

Dunno why Dyche wants them super-fit, btw. They don’t use their fitness by running into space etc, or even running much at all judging solely by yesterdays performance.

Watching a Guardiola video and he said they dont expect the players to be fully fit till late February/March when the run in starts in earnest

Get well soon Dom. Cannot fault your effort and this was definitely not your fault. Just really unlucky.

Lets be honest, this season had to be planned without him anyway and a proper alternative striker who is ready to play should have been in place before pre season, never mind now. Any vitriol should be aimed towards Bill, Kev and Moshiri because everything is down to them. They are complete failures in everything they do and none of them are fit for purpose. That is why the club is where it is.
