19 days is the minimum period before you can play after a concussion (The GRTP protocol).
14 days of rest, followed by a staged re-introduction of exercise and training, before being allowed to play again.

Bobble's tweet said that after the surgery DCL was to follow the standard concussion protocol which is where the 19 days comes from.

I was sawing a thick branch when it broke and smacked me on the side of my head.

Not concerned by this injury (in terms of the player longer term). It's just impact and can happen to any player.

It's the muscle/hamstring injuries that are the concern.

19 is the time period to return from concussion only.
