Pictures circulating after the game of his left cheek swollen and disfigured. also pictures in game of an ice pack on his right cheek. Current pics look to have a shiner on his left eye.
The game highlights showed his left cheek colliding with Martinez' shoulder....

Couldnt be bothered playing mate so thought it was a great opportunity to go down injured and come off. Got his modelling career and a baby now so playing for us is a distraction

Its so frustrating as a fan to see him injured a lot but its one of those things. You see it in a lot of top sports, where certain athletes get recurring injuries. They dont choose to be injured and im 100% sure they dont enjoy it. Not sure why people think they cant have interests or hobbies outside of football.

I just don’t get it at all

It’s not like he’s injured and out playing five a side with his mates or running a marathon, what’s an injured player supposed to be doing whilst they can’t play?

Is it any better to be sitting at home playing fifa or watching a movie than to be involved in fashion if that’s what he’s into?

It’s pathetic. Even if he did some modelling every day, so what. His hamstring/toe/shoulder/face won’t miraculously heal quicker sitting in a dark room at home. If anything more likely to cause other issues. “Lad should be at finch farm doing weights to get his hamstring fixed.”

Massive massive frustration is understandable, but it is starting to overflow in the ugliest ways at the moment. And it can only have further negative effects.
