I’m baffled by the Broja fan base here. Please help me understand why he should be our preferred choice to replace DCL.

It's weird. People criticise DCLs lack of goals and injury record, fair enough, but then want him replaced by Broja who's coming off a recent bad injury and doesn't score loads of goals. It makes very little sense.

I just think Dom would prefer Chelsea over Newcastle in terms of lifestyle.

Not a fan of Broja myself but we need a replacement. If we get £25m for Dom, what can you get?

I guess, but that argument is a very hard sell based on recent evidence. I really hope we don't sign Broja, it's the sort of signing that got us in trouble in the first place. High cost, high wages with very little to suggest that it will improve us. I hope we start looking outside the PL for more of our signings, tbh (PSR workarounds excluded, obvs).
