Being thrown in at the deep end will do him good in the long run.
I certainly think we'll see the best he can be. Leading the line for a club like Everton at his age is an amazing opportunity for him and no doubt

I hope you're wrong. Really don't want him, but I guess in January it's difficult to get the striker you want. When we sign Benteke me thinks.

If we need a CF then we have to get the best we can at the time. If that’s Benteje then so be it.Alladyce likes him and he will offer so much more than what DCL is currently.
You reckon? DCL has been the better of the 2 this seasonAlladyce likes him and he will offer so much more than what DCL is currently.

Will lighten the load on DCL
Fair enough but that argument can be applied even more to Benteke who you want to replace him with.DCL cannot take us forward just yet. He is far from being a regular goal scorer just yet and if we are to move on we need to get someone who can score in this league at the moment and not learn his trade as Evertons main striker. He is green but has potential and that is not good enough for us at the moment.
It’s the same morons who used to ring up the Radio Merseyside phone in slating ‘Remelu Lakookoo’ for not holding up the ball enough, despite him being with us for 4 fkn years. Some of the ald fellas at the game really don't seem to have got the hang of his name. Either that or they're being silly. Pretty sure I heard him called Calvin, Lewis, and Calvin Lewis tonight on separate occasions.
He works hard, is snide and isn't afraid to put himself in where it hurts. He is growing in confidence and I get the feeling that by the end of the season he will be some player.
No, they really wouldn’t.
Some of his first touches last night were beyond his years. He can read the game well, he needs a touch more pace and he's going to be right up there.
