What was their priority early season when we smashed them 3-1 at Goodison mate?
What was their priority when we turned up at their place and got robbed by a goal that never should have been - to only draw 3-3? when European footy was over a ,month away for them?
All those games do is give us false hope mate. We're going to get disappointingly easily knocked out. It's what we do.

Begs the question:
If true, why are you here?

I know it's a grave issue, but if I was as certain as you seem to be, the Game's dead.
....aye, there's the rub. Money OWNS modern-day football : Chelsea have truckloads, we have little. There's NO way the bought-and-paid for governance that run this venal game allow plucky Everton anything beyond :" they put up a plucky fight" narrative. It annoys me that compatriot Goters permit such largesse. It's all bent friends...bent beyond repair....money does that.

The premier league games at 12.45 saturday & 8.00 Monday can go ahead so we can probably rule out those slots, also we wont be the friday due to their champions league game. Sunday is totally clear as only Liverpool v Chelsea was scheduled for that day (but United will probably need one of those slots as they will play on the thursday in the EUropa id imagine)

So id hazard a guess that we will be on the sunday afternoon or saturday 5.30.

Friday Reading v Palace
Sat 5.30 Everton v Chelsea
Sun 1.30 & 4 Arsenal v Watford & Man Utd v West Ham

The half marathon is on in town on the sunday, wether that will affect the decision is anyones guess.

I would expect it will due to police staffing issues. So would expect it to be Sunday afternoon kick off. Allow time to town to clear.

I'd prefer them to get gaped, and then their heads will be down and the pressure on them huge.

If they beat PSG they'll be full of confidence heading to Goodison
I don't much care whether they win or lose, to be honest. Them winning means a confidence boost heading into our game. Them losing means the FA Cup becomes their primary season focus and they throw everything at us.

What I do want is extra time against PSG. 120 minutes of gruelling football would be nice.

12-45 Saturday will be ok as it's on BT. This is their slot so I would have thought if you can't have both then the league game will need to be moved but I think it will be fine both being on with it being different comps.

5-30 will be fine and that leaves 2 for the Sunday.

Logistics would need looking at. Wouldn't be fair having Chelsea and West Ham playing early so they may take this into account. The other 2 are all London (if Arsenal win) so makes sense for them to be early.

I reckon it's 5.30 Saturday for us.

Genuinely difficult to say which scenario is better

The way I look at it Finners is regardless if they win or lose, the fa cup is all we have to play for so we will be full strength and doing everything in our power to win that game. Doesn't matter of they lose to PSG and all they have is the fa cup, we will want it just as much as them and this is where I think our home advantage will count.

would be nice to see them go through extra time and pens against PSG though, physically and mentally that would be a demanding game for them then.

Made up with this draw, yeah our home form this season has been atrocious but over one game we can certainly beat the rent boys. Over two games this season we have outplayed them so for a 3rd time this season id expect us to do the same. As for goodison being a toxic place for the majority of the season, for this one game we need to be right behind the boys in blue if we don't we don't we deserve to be at goodison south. Onwards and upwards evertonians COYB
