Duncan Ferguson got a job

maybe it can't be taught to him but the influence of ancelotti would have left an imprint on him no doubt

if you look at arteta at arsenal, recently alot of people have started saying he is starting to act like guardiola now in the way he says things in interviews like after the loss to us

Yeah I guess so - and if he's smart he would have learned something good and bad from everyone including Silva, Allardyce and Benitez too

Can't say I'm surprised, all he really had was passion, we needed someone to freshen up the place, Dunc was here too long and constantly turning up in new manager conversations. Anyone who watched his interim games shouldn't be surprised at all. Looked very one dimensional.

Fair play to him taking on a sinking ship though, he'll learn a lot this season.

...and they had been doing so well in the previous 28 games. 🥱

He's ruined them I tells you!

I worked with Carlo for a couple of seasons and he told me to go for it, to be myself. 'He said you know what you're doing and you've got the experience on the training ground. He said: 'You're ready.' That gave me a bit of a boost to be honest with you, hearing it from a guy like that who has done it all. That was good.'

He added: 'There will be many, many managers who are qualified to manage Everton. They will have more trophies, experience and things like that. But right now – because we have lost a manager such a short period of time ago – right now I would probably be the best man to take it on.'

It'd be great if all the people who came out in support of this walloper getting the Everton job could post in here and hold their hands up...

He proved conclusively in his 4 or 5 caretaker games that he had the results going backward, and now this catastrophe underlines what he is.
