To be fair they are the worst team in that league. Probably not the fairest yard stick by which to measure his managerial potential.

That said it’s clear that he was nowhere near ready to manage Everton. And quite possibly never will be.

Ive never seen him as any kind of manager and still think he should have taken up Carlos offer to go to Madrid. Forest Green are a strange club though and tbf to Dunc he has actually got them scoring a few goals here and there (which was a huge issue previously) they just can't see out the 90 mins. Dale Vince is very trigger happy though and I would expect him to pull the trigger soon if things don't change.
