However, the season between moving from Burnley to Everton he was poor...and hes carried that on.

If we had the player before that...we'd probably be happy.

When I saw him away at Fleetwood in august the alarm bells were ringing. He’s got absolutely nothing in his locker.

He’s scored 2 decent goals this season which gives you some hope. But then you look at the overall picture and it’s actually criminal that we paid that much for him. Brighton paid 3m for the guy who got the first goal.

Most of our players earn more in a year than what Ferguson and mitouma cost Brighton.

McNeil shouldn’t play for the first team again, along with a number of others - absolute dross and Burnley pulled out kecks down for him.

Our DOF has to be made accountable for both him and Maupay simple as. Its his job after all. Also didnt he sign a lad on loan that has barely kicked a ball, another signing leaching a wage from the club. And why have we not heard anything from him considering our position. Picked up some logs earlier, the lad I picked them up from was a Burnley fan, obviously got talking about the footy, I mentioned McNeil, the lad couldn't apologise enough about how gash he was, he felt the bad that the £125 he charged for the logs he gave back to me.

His form dropped off a cliff in the back end of 20-21 and he hasn't recovered it, or come close to looking like he will.

He is not what was needed.
