Yeah, agree, properly enjoyed us bombing forward when Brighton left themselves exposed yesterday. Said in the match thread Doucoure's run from in his own half for our second was excellent.

Genuinely yesterday was the best attacking performance since James was here. Trading Fraudcharlison for McNeil is looking solid business.

He actually provided a more comprehensive performance than James would offer (in the brighton game) Because he actually tracks back , he actually had a very Richie like influence on the game and the last couple games he has been solid but that last sentence is satire right? Or are you trying to up your contrarian game to compete with foreverblue92 Because Richie could of played up front and I don't think we'd be as bleak this season.

Last night he managed to match the amount of goal contributions in one season (10 in total) that Gordon has over his whole PL career...

In terms of a Gordon replacement he's been superb and turned a profit for us. You'd also think the way they're spoken about that McNeil is a lot older but he's only 23 compared to Gordon at 22.

They both played here at the same time, he was Richarlisons replacement mate.

We haven’t replaced Gordon.

The difference between Dwight and players like James (not comparing their quality just the type of player) is you don’t have to build a team around Dwight. At all. He works his butt off, tracks back and isn’t a snail (definitely not saying he is rapid but he can get around the pitch). As much as I loved James I’d much rather the players like McNeil as opposed to the Gylfi’s and the Rodriguez’s. He is a legitimate two sided player with flair and apparently end product as well.
