So they received the biggest fine from UEFA for multiple incidents but there's no headline only one about Besiktas' cat and the one the other day about the Roma fans.

Let away with murder (sometimes literally).
UEFA in a nut shell, lowest fine was racism then the destruction of a bus with violence and the worse crime was a cat ran on the pitch, UEFA and Liverpool two institutions that everyone laughs at.

They sold Coutinho for 142 million and bought an entire midfield for the same price.

From Milner,Henderson and Dutch guy to Keita Fabinho and Fekir is a vast upgrade,it's next level and those players are 23-24 years old.

Not sure how much they have to spend but they need a GK upgrade.
Too many changes too soon if you ask me. Got to give them credit for their competence in the transfer market, they are very good at signing players quickly and without fuss.
But three huge changes all at once, it won’t work and I think this is the first sign of Klopp panicking. I sense with all these changes that this coming season will be a disaster for you lot.

Klopp has clearly put his foot down. He’s obviously realised he’s not the messiah coach he thought he was. This smug hipster vision he had of coming into the league and shocking everyone with a bit of kick and rush has got him absolutely nowhere. He had his chance when it was still new and the prem coped with it with ease. Now he’s just demanding top quality additions from 1-11 in a desperate attempt to win anything. Fair enough, but I don’t want to see any kopite peddling the shoe string line this season or talking about ‘money clubs’. They are now up with City and United in playing football manager with new signings every window. They should be judged accordingly, and whilst the other two rake in trophies Klopp wins jack all.

Klopp has one string to his bow, so it doesn't matter what players they buy he'll still be one dimensional in his approach to the game (and Keita ain't all that I can promise you...and Fekir was poor against us last time I even cared to take any notice).

Top 4 spot for Liverpool next season but they will still be MILES off the title. I'd venture to say that Rodgers got them as close as they'll get for a decade or more.

...oh, and dont forget the sales of their players, which will be backloaded to the end of the transfer window.

The signings must also be an admission that Wijnaldum and Grujic, two of Klopp’s first signings aren’t good enough. He obviously doesn’t rate Henderson who was England captain, and all of their kids such as Woodburn Ejaria etc. who only a short time ago they were hyping as the next Gerrard’s obviously have no chance at Liverpool.

They have set out what they are now. Klopp isn’t going to waste his time developing anyone, he can’t. He is now demanding quality is bought in every single position for a huge outlay in the hope his style of play might garner one pot. He has fallen massively from his peak at Dortmund taking unknowns and making world class stars. He has his snout firmly in the trough with Mourinho and Guardiola now and should be judged against them.

Here in peace.

Personally believe this is the best side we have possessed in 25 years. Beats what we had in 09 when we had Riera and Kuyt on the wings. It goes without saying we need a new keeper. Think Allison will likely come in after the World Cup.

Truth to be told City are something else so if we want to run them close, a new keeper is imperative.

I must admit that they're beginning to look stronger already. Their current squad with the additions of Keita, Fabinho and now Fekir being rubber stamped so soon in the window is a clear sign that they aren't messing around. Fear they'll actually give City a run next season. They only need one of Allison or Obilak and you'd argue that they've finally sorted their weaknesses out.

Pretty sure Depay is Lyons best player at the moment like

Keita, Fabinho, Fekir

On paper those are huge upgrades and very impressive signings. Get a good goalie and CB and they have on paper the best squad they’ve had in absolutely ages. Hopefully some of them flop or can’t settle...

They seem to be very good at getting their business done early.

Next year eh!

Keita - Bang average, outshone by Lookman.
Fabinho - Not in Brazil squad. No big teams after him says it all.
Fekir - Actually quite like him but not as good as Coutinho and bit of a flat track bully. Outscored by Falcao and Depay last year.
