As ever in circumstances such as today's I look around for someone to blame for us not having been able to be credible participants in the hunt for trophies and by virtue of that, not dining at the top table with the big boys.Yeah mate I know exactly where you're coming from. It's just that I've been battered into submission for more years than I care to remember. But it will never stop me supporting our beloved blues 100% and I'll never give up hope. Hope is a good thing. COYB.
It's not easy to say exactly at what point Kenwright and company failed.
But what is certainly the case is that it's not the fans fault. That's the one constant here, the unconditional support from the supporters through the very lean years of the recent past.
And it's that statement of mine that begs the question, would the world's greatest supporters still be as visible and vocal if they had to put up what we've had to do for a generation or so.
