The easy solution is to not even think about them, don’t ever watch their games, don’t read articles about them, don’t even watch their coverage on Sky Sports News. It’s genuinely improved my life and my stress levels since I adopted this approach, however I understand it’s not something that everyone will be able to do.
I mean you could call that getting upset, or trying to force people into my way of thinking, or you could call it genuine advice based on a personal anecdote with the understanding that not everyone would benefit from the approach as much as I’ve done.
