No just pointing out that none of those managers in the first 3 on the list always used to lose against United the same way BFS teams did as the previous poster alluded to.

And was pointing out the glaring game of McCarthy's trip with his Wolves team when he rested all 10 outfield players and got battered and said he wanted to rest them for the game at the following weekend,i think he got fined by the PL for that.

Well i was born after 87,so yeah it rankles that it hasn't happened in my lifetime.

Is the area around Anfield still in decline ? Residents still annoyed about it etc ? Or did doing this actually come with long term benefit for the locals ?

On mane I think I’ve seen a stat that only a 3 players have missed premier league games since 2012 with a thumb related injuries and they’re all keepers so I’m sure he’ll be fine .

I was thinking that, surely a thumb injury is only really a thing to worry about if you're a goalie?
