Is the area around Anfield still in decline ? Residents still annoyed about it etc ? Or did doing this actually come with long term benefit for the locals ?

Nothing mate. They left the area surrounding the ground to ruin, rows and rows of houses empty with the odd resident still living in the odd house here and there. They low balled residents with derisory offers to buy up the houses knowing in the end they would have to take the offer as no one else was gonna offer anything for them in the end.

Money grabbing gang of beauts with a gang of scruffy beauts who support them.

Disgusting lack of respect for the poor residents that lived there, wonder if Jeff from West Derby complained about that ? I doubt it. Where were the MP's or Councillors that are complaining about Bramley Moore then. Sickening.

I would be very suprised if we dont see all the "injured" players feature this weekend

Also, as Klopp was having a good moan about these fixtures before the break, a good couple of fabricated injuries will give him a good 2 weeks worth of excuses and show to people that he was right to have a winge

Yeah Keita has also picked up a phantom injury too to get himself sent home early. International break has effectively been a week off for most of their squad thanks to Jurgen’s crying after the last match.
