Looks like Liverpool are focussing on clean sheets this season and getting less chances created.

That looks a bad policy to me.

I'm just interested to see what happens if and when they win nothing again this season. Keeping that front 3 together won't be easy. Klopp's got a meltdown and a collapse in him. I can see him and Liverpool in Mourinho and United's position this time next season.

As for people still talking about hating Pardew - not me. The man scored the goal to get the RS knocked out of the FA cup semi final by Palace, the same team the flat-track bullies had beaten 9-0 at the Pit the same season if I remember correctly, to much smug mirth. That tells you all you need to know about how good they are.

They aren't the same outfit as last season. They look a lot more careful in what they do and they dont get off to murderous starts to put games to bed early on.

That's obvioulsy something to suit the squad Klopp has and the knowledge that they cant play at pace all season and fight on two major fronts.

I'll be amazed if they aren't 5/6 points behind City at Christmas.
