ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

RS looked crap today, which surprised me because even though they looked average the other week I thought they would of smashed Huddersfield after an international break just like City did to Burnley, but no, Huddersfield certainly had their chances but are just crap

Another one crawls out of the woodwork...
If only we could scratch a 1-0 against the league's whipping boys. Then we could go on Rawk and profess it was our year. At this moment I don't think Skamp is capable of a meltdown... can anyone gloating about beating a relegation candidate through riding their luck have the mental capacity to understand that everyone is mocking him and his absolute absence of self awareness. I'd go further but I'm trying to avoid a ban for calling him The backward child of a union between Theresa May and the Trumpster who had a Novichok filled prophylactic fail on him.

The Kopites after 2 defeats and 2 draws got a win against Huddersfield with the assistance of inept officials.

That tells me all I need to know.

Liverpool fans will be mulling the last five matches of utter tosh up and coming to the only conclusion possible: their boom-bust cycle is alive and kicking.

I wouldn’t mind being second on goal difference and unbeaten like

7 wins and 2 draws say "Hi"

I watched it with a RS mate of mine. He was happy to take the points, but at least he knew that it was a lucky win. I don’t see Liverpool actually improving on last season, when they were good. They are grinding out results, but are so far behind City, who now have De Bruyne back, that you will be lucky to be in the top 5 come the new year....

City's goal difference is 11 better than Liverpool's after just 9 games. Incredible.

Goal difference matters sweet f all... RS are sneaking games they would have lost or drawn last season..... Clearly City are a better team, but the standard in this league is so poor, its still possible with continued luck (and dodgy refs) that the RS could steal this...

No one's getting lucky or getting consistent poor decisions go for them from refs for 38 games. I know people like to say Liverpool are lucky, but even if they gain a little more than they lose this season from spawn, it won't win them enough points to win a league. They won't and don't get the luck people think they do.

The better team will win it and you already know who they are.
