ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

I wouldn't say I was confident, tbh. I'm just happy at where we start from in this derby. I think there's massive pressure on them and none on Everton...and we have Silva - who can plot a game plan.

I'm content with that for now.
Throw in fatigue and a demoralizing loss away to PSG during the week, and it's looking good.

Despite the confidence, I am refraining from any pre-match arrogance/'banter' with my kopite mates.

I'm going to remain cool, calm and collected, and even offer a humble 'may the best team win' tomorrow before kick-off.

The right attitude.

Just enjoy their discomort right now. They are steadily being cut adrift by City and they are desperate for the win. Us? Great if we do it; I wouldn't say I felt desperate about it though. Not when there's no silverware or Wembley appearance at stake.

Ball is defo in their court. Let's see how "the champions" handle the situation.

I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I'm not confident about tomorrow. Especially because it's at Castle Greyskull and you just know they'll somehow get at least one ridiculous penalty.

Me too, I fear they'll turn turk if we go a goal up, or two. Could get a few injuries from the dogs.
With Hendo the magnificent out, I'm assuming Milner starts in mid-field and that could very well be the case.

On the bright side, if that happens, could be our year to get a few peno's/red cards in our favour at the pit!

I think we will beat them. We always failed because we were too ‘revved up’ and it always played into their hands. We will be serene and professional and beat the crap out of them......
