ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Look how quick the FA have been on this. I bet they had their statement ready during the Newcastle game. Appalling. But the lack of pressure from within the media made it so easy, Phil Neville saying it "didn't matter", etc. Pure shocking. Absolutely everything that could have gone for them, has done - all season thus far. Please, lord, if you're out there, intervene ffs.

Bit of a joke that.

I never knew being pulled ok the arm made your legs crumble into nothing.

I’ll be careful from now on when going about my daily business.

Watching Skysports refwatch with Stevie Warnock and Dermy Gallagher.

Salah - barely touched but a peno

Keane - barley touched but no peno

Salah also contrasted with Niasse and Lanzini who got 2 match bans - Niasse was at fault for initiating the contact with the defender.

Bottom line - FA are a shower.

I’m not bitter, I swear....

You’re not bitter. You are correct.

Redknapp’s just jumped on the Klopp-worshipping bandwagon by harping on about how it’s his superior coaching methods rather than mere cash-splashing that’s behind their recent success.

I wonder whether that would still be the case with the introduction of a hypothetical ‘wage-cap’ as advocated by former minion, Ian St.John?

I think we all know the answer to that one, Jamie.

Get over yourself.

Superior coaching??? They have spent a bloomin fortune.

FA are a disgrace. From their point of view though that rule probably achieved what it needed to for them, a couple of early scapegoats and now they can say "look at the huge drop in diving since we brought in this rule".

That being said, Liverpool’s star player was never getting banned anyway, rule or no rule. Can you imagine the outcry from the RS media if he did get banned!?

Remember 13/14 when they got a penalty a game to assist them winning it. It was only Mourinho coming out and calling it as it was that the media had to talk about it. Who can forget the titan of football knowledge Jamie Redknapp going up against the special one. No doubt we'll see the same this season so Sky and the Premier League finally get what they want. It was a good 30 years while it lasted but spending that much money was always going to see them win it one day. I look forward to the next few months and them desperately wanting supporters of other clubs to agree they are the most deserving fans of all time and people are made up for their success.....
