ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Seeing more videos of what happened and it really was the door knobs who have probably never been to anfield before that were the trouble makers. Which was expected.

There is a video where they are launching the glass bottles at police and you can even see other fans standing by the police to help them. So these utter scumbags are trying to glass themselves , assaulting themselves etc.

It may be a case of the minority spoiling it for the rest but dismissal of this is what is dragging the city through the dirt.

That should be the reason they aren't allowed a proper celebration now. If you drag these back out of their council estates for round 2 then the same thing is going to happen. Funny how the ones in the videos just so happen to hate the police and cry police brutality like a local scally would do it.

Just saddens me that given that's the case , how many other fans , real or half arsed were so quick to dismiss what happened , deflecting blame or point fingers elsewhere. Is that what this city is about now? Instead of standing together for the thousands who were there celebrating , how dare we question a kopite integrity?

I had no issue with them taking over the city in celebration (2 metres apart). Now I do.

What do Everton fans think of this scouse not English stuff that lfc fans come out with? Is it just them over the park that think like that?

It's done by them to mask their own insecurities.

Because anfield every other week is like a circus freak show and locals are vastly outnumbered by day trippers their local fans over egg the pudding to try and be all scouse and socialist.

Couldn't be any further from the truth.

It's not a new thing though, I remember them doing a 'keep flags scouse' campaign years ago. Honestly. You couldn't make it up.

They had a load of bullying bald fat uglies going round inspecting flags at games and any that had a town or city outside of Liverpool or anything referring to England or a St George's cross / Union Jack they took down.

Just let that sink in.

This lot are gonna cause more dark days in their history soon. And if the feral behaviour from friday is anything to go by, what is coming will be even worse than what has gone before.

Stay away from them blues, disassociate from them wherever possible. Make sure they own their own shame and do not hang it on the city.
I can't help but agree with everything you said.
But amongst all that I've read, seen and heard, one phrase from one of the first posts yesterday has resonated with me for the sole reason that it's 100% factual.
Whenever they celebrate en masse, death and destruction follows.

Yet god forbid anything awful happens to their family members or themselves or their house broken into or other property is stolen the first people they will be running to is the same police they despise so much. Makes me laugh.

I am scouse and English,
normally anyone saying that is a kopite, its like it makes them some type of super scouser, super fan , super gobshite in my eyes, currently got the house done up like a kopite grotto to show the world how good a fan they are.
The history of their club is historically , establishment and Tory ,they are over compensating for it.
Unfortunately there bragging and general acting like bells , gets tagged onto the rest of us , most peoples opinions on scousers is unfortunately tainted by coming into contact with the likes of of this lot.
Most of us have no time for them ,i am including the the decent reds who must be fed up with them as well.

Why is it acceptable to use clearly misogynistic language on this forum. It is the 21st Century.
It's a football forum. Mostly populated by men whose sense of humour is generally in the gutter. Because it's a football forum. I would stake my life on the fact that the comments do not translate to the real life personas of the people you are finger pointing at. Because It's a football forum. I am never offended by the comments. As a female I choose to be on here and accept that bumming yer ma, fit birds etc are all part of the generally testosterone fuelled package. Because it's a football forum. Also have you ever entered the Depression Thread? Those same people who bum yer ma, slot yer bird etc turn into kind supportive empathetic human beings.

So stop trying to play the diversity card. If you're offended, do one.

The one where they are sniffing the bugle off the police hat is a bit wild

I sort of laughed at that one. The gawping grinning face for the camera. If you're in any sort of vaguely professional job then come Monday morning you're going to be having a very serious conversation with your line manager.

The idiot who launched the firework as well will struggle to avoid jail time. I can't imagine it will be a long sentence but he will be criminalised and I'm going to guess he won't be very well suited to Walton jail.

Ye mar. lol

Within ANY set of supporters there will be a minority of utter scumbags. God knows we have our share of these individuals.
The fact is though that although the bellwhifs who were directly responsible for causing havoc during their 'celebrations' may be in the minority, the huge majority that were laughing, cheering them on and filming on their phones are just as guilty by default.
I'm sick of hearing from kopites that "it was just a few kids" being irresponsible.
I know that on the occasions that I have seen a few kids acting like morons at Everton gatherings, there have always been plenty of blues willing to call them out and put a stop to their behaviours.
They keep harping on about those responsible being a 'tiny minority' It's just not true. Every 'fan' that attended those gatherings and stood by doing nothing to prevent the havoc is just as guilty as the idiot firing the rockets. Their fanbase as a whole is beyond contempt.
Red silence equals violence
