Just had a glance and in 2013, City had peak Silva, Nasri and Navas in their team scoring and creating plenty. The last thing they needed was another attacking midfielder, they would never have signed Coutinho who, at the time was rotting at Inter Milan being managed by none other than, Rafael Benitez. And City didn't sign another one till 2 years later in 2015 when they signed Sterling and KDB.

Also, if City were scouting Van Dijk at Groningen in 2013, then fair play, that's impressive. But if they hadn't changed their scouting system passwords by 2018, 5 years after the settlement, I've little sympathy for them.

I hope that they have to pay costs and Big Joe can put it towards the new stadium facilitating infrastructure for the benefit of Liverpool.

Same out of towners who think we mock them over Hillsborough - even thought thought ir was our friends and family?
