Given the 2 young lads did reasonably well in the last few games surely questions have got to be asked of Klopp. He chose to play Matip until he broke and move his best DM to CB instead of using these 2. They probably aren't good enough but they did enough of a job that they should have played more games and the RS would have probably been competing with United for 2nd. He seemed to want to sulk when VvD got injured and although he ultimately got out of jail it was more the failings of others. He is heralded as a top manager I just think he's lucky.

I was listening a podcast the other day and it's mad how the narrative has changed to what a great job he has done turning it round.

Devastating his midfield to prove a point. A team that presses and defends from the front can't do that and the sulky git ignored that to suit his own agenda.

Can you imagine the column inches if Liverpool had won three out the last four titles one with over 100 points, they’d won it this season without strikers and with Alexander Arnold roaming into midfield, they’d won 4 league cups in a row and an FA Cup, and they had a CL final coming up. They’d be talked about as the greatest team in history. Instead we’ve had Liverpool players winning player of the year most of the time during this period and their one title win was deemed the start of a dynasty.

The media in this country are a joke when it comes to football.

Not one mention of a treble on the cards it's not a big deal, if city can tank every domestic cup game to scrape 4th on the last day of the season whilst telling the world you have the best team then I will be impressed, treble indeed pffft.
 
Most amusing seeing fans of the 'best club side in the werld lid' dining out all over social media over Man Utd's defeat last night.

This is the same lot who when the RS lose a cup final get all aggressive, throw toys around and come out with cliched stuff about other fans being 'jealous', 'bitter', 'obsessed', 'should be concentrating on their own team' etc when fans of other clubs take the pee over a Liverpool defeat in a big game.

Today Liverpool fans are doing exactly what they whinge so much about. What a bunch of hypocrites they really are.
