I'm more concerned at the allegation that the German league is a farmers league. As far as I can tell (from several posters, not just this one), the hierarchy is

EPL - 2 horse race
La Liga - glorified Scottish league
Everything else - farmers

I wish there was at least one league in the world worth watching

Just read a review of The Eagles concert across Stanley Park the other day, and nearly spat my Sunday morning coffee out!

“It helps that Anfield is the only British ground that’s also famous for its singing”!

Remove the word also, and the review has slightly more credibility!
