ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

It’s honestly weird how much Carragher is up Van Dijk’s ass, it’s embarrassing. A better defender than Haaland is a striker? This the same player that was being called Virgil Van Disney last season when Haaland broke the PL scoring record in his first season?

The agenda that these kopite pundits continue to try and push is ridiculous

City looked goosed while them horrors definitely had the PEDS working their magic 110 minutes and giving it legs like they still had half a tank left
I said this to a mate, city were dead om their feet, the best team in the world who let the ball do the talking were getting over run by no marks who were in the stiffs this time last year. The RS get the ball in the dying minutes and 5 of them were full on sprinting half the length of the pitch as if they were starting off in training, not 90+mins into a tough game.

Haaland is 23-years-old and has 81 goals in 86 games at City. The comparison is simply a nonsense. It wasn't Haaland's day today, but do we really need this kind of banal analysis every single time he doesn't score in a game? We know who Van Dijk really is when they're cycling off.

It's one of those things that everyone in the industry knows is going on but nobody dares say.
