ffs, booked a hotel for me and her in Manchester for Sunday 11th and a day off work for the 12th so i could swerve the celebrations and be in a city with as few RS in as possible and it looks like they're going to do it before then.

She thought i was being nice taking her for a days shopping, bevvies and food and the hotel as i never mentioned my ulterior motives and she's clueless about footy.

I'll just lash the card at her, tell her to hit the shops and go and get smashed with the mancs in some ropey boozer.

The tossers deserve to win it the form they have been in since january has been fantastic(alot of luck included) but will they win it again?,no chance in hell, average defence, average midfield, two strikers who have been in the form of there lives has won them the league, lppool have overachieved massively this season and next season will be back fighting for 4th at best, chelsea have been dire this season and are only 5 points off and city have been pretty crap aswell and arnt too far behind themselfs.

They will finish above us,Utd and Arsenal with ease IMO

This run of form has been ongoing since Jan 2013 so it may not suddenly stop as you predict.

But of course City and Chelsea will throw another ten lorry loads of oil at the league and make it difficult for everyone else to get a look in.

Going to be a miracle if Martinez can break into this 'monopoly'

Couldnt beat a team in the top 8 not too long ago and in january were sitting in 6th place, imo the strikers have hit the form of there lives hence why lpool are sitting top, like i said the [Poor language removed] derserve to be top, will it happen again next season?,imo no chance.

Not sure Liverpool have been out the top 4 all season. As for top 8 wins, Liverpool beat United and Spurs before Christmas.

It could literally only happen to Liverpool that their two title rivals both fail to beat the worst team in the country (at home, no less) in the space of a week. Not to mention Chelsea in doing so losing their first home game in like 5yrs or something daft under Mourinho.

They're fkn dipped in it.

Im on about last season reagarding the top 8 and beginning of jan lppol were sitting 6th so they have done very very well since jan.

Top on christmas day suggests form was strong before Jan. Two tough away games at Christmas gave a distorting picture.

True,i probaly cant get my head around how a first team with Johnson, skrta, flanagan, hendoson, ageing gerrard and courtino are going to win the god damn league.

They have been very fortunate where there fixtures have fallen i.e. facen a second string Everton XI at the pit and City w/o Toure and Aguero but that's hardly their fault, not really a stick you can use to beat them with. They've been the best team.

It's the historical revisionism bugging me now. That Dalglish article didn't take the biscuit, it took the whole bloody bakery.

I think the perception of some of these players is different to the reality. Henderson has been integral, Flanagan is very solid, Coutinho would improve any team in the league and Gerrard has been superbly managed by Rodgers.

City throwing money at the team might be the best thing that could happen, unless they sign messi or something then it'll just disrupt the team.

Fergie never bought more than 2 or 3 first teamers per window. Even then they would be eased into the team.

One of the things that's gone in Liverpool's favour is the fact that Brent has bought complete and utter dross which has allowed him to play a settled team.

If you say so,i totally disagree, coutinho would improve anyteam in the league!!,i dont know what you are on but i would like some please,2-3 goals,5 assists, been hauled off at half time in so many games, average at best.
