the poster has insinuated that Barclay is scum as he takes murdochs money...Barclay simply pointed out that yes, you can be classed as a lower form of scum and gave a reason why.
Oh, so should all Liverpool fans past and present be made responsible for what happened?

so everybody who works for murdoch should be accountable for his actions ????
Yep
You lot love telling anyone who will listen about your history,So why cant we bring up Heysel?
You wasent around for the other Euro Cups so does that mean you cant sing we won it 5 times??

No, not at all. But regardless of what I think, he had a point because that's something Patrick Barclay is doing. Bringing up something like that is cheap considering the person who sent the message shouldn't have to be associated with it.
From our fav forum
Can anyone get this to the club (via Twitter, via any of our players on twitter)? Needs to be given full exposure and Mr. Barclay must simply be banned from the club and any of its facilities (along with Winter and Olly the Wally).
This is why Kenny blanks the ****ing lot of them. He knows from experience the bigotry against this club has been deep set for years and will never change. What set us apart as a club and fan base was we never pandered to the ****ers.
Sky changed all that with disastrous consequences. Infighting, bickering and ****ing hand wringing about how we are badly done to by the press. Me, I've always revelled in it. It's become particularly vicious lately. Why? Doesn't take a rocket scientist does it? We're on our way back to the top with a manager and owners who have reinstilled belief in us.
Now that public opinion on Hillsborough is at last aligned with the awful truth, self-aggrandizing tossers like Barclay and his ilk (and by ilk I mean Ferguson-fellating, LFC-despising hacks who happily covered up United's players Heysel song on the pitch in Moscow '08 and Ronaldo's behaviour at the Munich anniversary), have thought "baah, right what else can we sling at these lot?". Cue the Heysel digs once again.
Thing is, he could have deflected that question easily citing mortgage/family or even ignored it completely. But the [Poor language removed] just couldn't help himself and in doing so revealed his vile character for the wider public to see. Let's hope his current (?) and any prospective employers were amongst them
So basically Tonionio, you're saying Heysel should have no relevance to the modern Liverpool fan.
So why should your 5 European Cups and 18 leagues?
