Liverpool's premature celebration of winning the League calls to mind an old English adage : 'there's many a slip twixt the cup and the lip"

Has anyone from another club actually said they'd of liked to of seen them win it?

NO?

Didn't think so.

Now come on Dave. Everyone knows that they are the neutrals favourites. It was in the Daily Mirror, Aldo mentioned it, as well as Jamie Redknapp and that there Carragher fella. What more proof do you need......

I want to buy one of these and one of those t-shirts. Can anyone tell where I can get one?

Correct....but it's sweet as a nut right now and we should glory in their misery.

They might still nick it, but I'd have torn your arm off two weeks ago if you'd offered me this scenario.
Get to f. You have spent the last few weeks telling us how the world is going to end.

Another gem!

Re: Make Us Dream - We're Gonna Win The League

We've also got every neutral in the country (and beyond) willing us on, and willing us on because we play fantastic football - we're going to surf to victory on tidal wave of positive energy - you can't halt nature.

City also play fantastic footy, and this game is almost 'winner takes all'. It's going to be one of the all time great games - people must wonder why we always seem to be involved in the all time great games. Just enjoy it folks.

I've done the sums and worked out that if Liverpool can beat Newcastle 9-0, well, say 12-3 given their lousy defence, West Ham only have to
beat Man City 5-0 and the Reds will win the League.
