ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Its easy to say that without being in his position, any amount of money and the equal debt is relative.

Its an awful thing to go through for anyone, i read somewhere that 75% of Professional players are declared bankrupt less than 3 years after leaving the game.
Well i don't actually know the ins and outs as to why he is bankrupt, so maybe this is a bad example. It is awful for people to declare bankruptcy, majority of it from being misfortunate maybe, business not taking off, too many risks with little reward etc...

But if these idiots who are millionaires practically overnight, are declaring bankruptcy through being careless with their money and spunking it on ' wants ' rather than needs, then they only have themselves to blame and for that, there is no sympathy from me.

Like i said, i've no idea why James' is bankrupt, so maybe not the best example.

A few years ago our kid went to his granddaughters school in a small village in Cheshire and when he arrived a coach pulled up full of children from the school, a teacher said to our kid ""will you assist me In getting the children across the road into school, and you can park where you are for a few minutes, job done and he was walking to his car and
(Our kids words this stupid looking black fella with dyed blond hair and long shorts came up to him and told our kid "to move his car,and don't park there again" our kid told him to F O and mind his own business, and it then became a bit tasty like and two teachers had to step in and calm things down, and that was Calamity James,
funny at the time., and yes he did look a bit Goofey like.

That right there is an astonishing comment. I mean where do you even begin to break that down, to try and comprehend it. I can't comprehend it.

Surely he means that his goals this season and one of two players that will succeed on his punt philosophy, has made him look a better manager than he actually is. Thats the only conclusion i have come too.
Well, it's hard to know how coming into contact with Suarez makes someone a better person.

You're right, of course. It's just another example of the fraud Rodgers getting reflected glory off an actual proven football figure, which Suarez is. It's all about positioning. Gerrard and Carragher were 'fantastic human beings as well as legends too' people he is 'proud to know'. Liverpool fans are 'an institution in world football'. The club is a 'family'. Stand close to the best players / flatter the fans and you make yourself one of them.

I think we all know a conman when we see one. Here's one as large as life. Every word uttered is designed to cement himself in place. He's got a thimbleful of talent and he's going to work it for all it's worth.

Don't get me wrong, i'm not sympathetic. The saying goes ' a fool and his money are quickly parted ' is true for a lot players.

Indeed - but then it isnt surprising given the money some of them are on, their relative lack of education, the habits that are associated with the sport and the fact that large parts of the game are morally, ethically or actually corrupt (or all three) anyway.

Lverpool are now being linked with buying Thorgan Hazard
http://metro.co.uk/2014/05/16/liver...ith-chelsea-over-thorgan-hazard-deal-4729665/
They ahve also been strongly linked with lallana

I know they will have CL next year but if they do get these players how are they going to fit them all into the attacking lineup?

And don't they need to be thinking about adding a defender or two or four......

.

they will be linked with every possible player in the world this summer.

True, it is just that not one rumour that I've seen has been a defender or even a defensive midfielder! Could be quite entertaining if they don't sign any though ;-)

They will be s••• next year. After Suarez leaves Brenda will bottle it ....oh, they did that already buahaha.

he's one of those people that you can't trust what the hell he says. he knows deep down he's bigger than their club atm and that's exactly what's been proven, he's talking out of his arse.
