You can't know that though, Lallana/Lambert/Can/Markovic have yet to play a competitive game for Liverpool, You don't know how they will fit in and adapt to the team, They could all flop

Add losing the best player in the league to that who contributed to nearly 50% of there goals last season

I think they're on course to do a Spurs this year.

With the extra games, no Suarez and the weight of further expectation, no way will they finish even 2nd.

I think that's their dilemma though: players in that bracket want to play for clubs nailed on to win either their domestic league in Spain, Germany, England (maybe Italy at a push) or go all the way in the CL.

No player of that calibre is going to commit to Liverpool, so they've gone for a lot of players under that level.

true, they have done EXACTLY the same thing as spurs then!
