Liverpool have a world class player in Steven Gerrard, the most allround central midfielder in English football since Graeme Souness. The likes of Robson, Charlton and Scholes were all top midfielders, but none of them were allrounders like Gerrard and Souness. Alan Hansen once said Gerrard was ''Souness with pace''. I don't care what anyone says. Graeme Souness was a cut above Bobby Charlton. Souness may have been brutal, but he also had an abundance of skill.

Everybody else however just laughs at him. History is important and there's nothing wrong with looking back fondly but they feel that they're entitled to success because of it.
