ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Costa was compared to a criminal I seem to remember, all the major media outlets lead with multiple articles about how it needed to be investigated. I've not come across one yet myself although there's something on Sky sports website now.

Funny really isn't it maybe Mourinho has been right all along about the media bias..

Mourinho is right there is a media bias. Not against Chelsea, just for certain clubs, liverpool being the main one. Its been that way for years.

Again you're chatting nonsense.

Fair enough mate. If you think with the way Arsenal and United are playing they are going to make up that point difference (given they have 5 away games to play) then that's up to you. I don't think they've got a cat in hells the chance. The momentum is all lost. It's over for them. Feel free to vault me if I'm wrong but to have any hope they had to win yesterday and as usual they've bottled it.

You've just said in another thread that Utd defence isn't top 4. Although i pointed out it was the 3rd best defence in the league, you thought otherwise.

I won't be vaulting you at all. 5 points with 8 games to play for is certainly do-able. Yesterday was their first defeat in the league since December. Still a long way to go yet. If Everton were in their position in the league as it currently is, would you be so quick to write off our chances ? Absolutely not.

Leave the delusional nonsense to their lot. Thats why we laugh at them.

In all honest mate, as soon as we fell 3 points behind Arsenal last season I knew we'd blown it. Arsenal and United are masters of not dropping points at this stage of the season. I doubt either will even 5/6 points between now and the end of the season. Their idiocy that they still think they are "in the hunt" or "will still finish top 4" says it all. They have blown it.

You did yes. And as I said to you in that thread I think it's down to David De Gea.

I think they'll have their work cut out to do it given they'll have Lallana and again now Sturridge out/recovering from injury, Gerrard in the sin bin for three and the possibility of Skrtel missing with a ban too.

Lad. There is still 8 games to go. EIGHT !! As much as it pains me to say it, to think they're NOT in the hunt as we talk now, 5 points behind with 24 points to play for.............. is idiotic in itself.

Maybe yesterday's result will be the one they look back on after the 38 games have been played and think ' Yep the mancs at home cost us '. It could be the one but right now there is still a lot to play for and anything can happen. Utd have got City and Chelsea back to back and have still got to play Arsenal and come to Goodison. You might laugh at that last fixture i've mentioned there but thats still no easy game for Utd. Lots to play for and its far from blown.
