Choose any of the martinez out threads, seen it all from Brenda to andy gray and even gary neville got a mention once
That was me just being a nobhead. Adding to the farcical shouts as it were. Sadly people agreed with the shout, thought he would be a fab choice.

Liverpool: just three less losses than Everton in their CL spot chasing season and our 'crisis' season. :coffee:

How much ruddy money do they need to spend? If £120m doesn't buy you quality, where do you stop?

Nah mate its net spend that counts. they only had a net spend similar to ours in the summer so therefore thats why their 120 million was not spent better. That and sanchez not signing for them.

Or so them lot keep telling me. 'net spend' is what matters, not how many bought and sold in relation to that.

I have been busy working over the last few days so have missed the opportunity to fully gloat about their demise.

I remember one poster on here calling me out for saying they had blown their champions league opportunity. I wonder if they still think that?

The defeat to United was an absolutely pivotal moment and you can see the confidence has drained from them. It was the crystal clear moment that despite their supposed great form they simply do not belong in the upper echelons of the league. The defeat to Arsenal has re-enforced that to me.

I suspect they will end up 6/7th in the league, in reality nowhere. Mid table irrelevance which is all they are now. Any talk of winning the league is laughable.

As I predicted Rodgers has not only shown he is consistently incapable of winning the crucial games, but he has also lost the dressing room. There is not a continual lack of discipline from amongst Liverpool players. Whether it's Slippy coming on and stamping on someone after 30 seconds or Sterling breaking ranks doing unsanctioned interviews with the BBC, or leaked stories of arguments in the dressing room, he has been found out.

Bless them, some Liverpool fans still think Rodgers is going to lead them to the promised land of the title. When you look at his record though nothing would suggest that likely. We have a managed who has won nothing, lost just about every big game he's been faced with and has finished in the top 4 once I the 3 seasons he has been there. It's a terrible record and he will be sacked in the summer.

Lad. There is still 8 games to go. EIGHT !! As much as it pains me to say it, to think they're NOT in the hunt as we talk now, 5 points behind with 24 points to play for.............. is idiotic in itself.

Maybe yesterday's result will be the one they look back on after the 38 games have been played and think ' Yep the mancs at home cost us '. It could be the one but right now there is still a lot to play for and anything can happen. Utd have got City and Chelsea back to back and have still got to play Arsenal and come to Goodison. You might laugh at that last fixture i've mentioned there but thats still no easy game for Utd. Lots to play for and its far from blown.

You still think they are going to get top 4 lad :D? Or agree with me that they have blown it against United to such a degree it's all over, alongside having a manager who doesn't know how to win big games.

I'm going to sit back and enjoy their demise, and I'll say it clearly again, they will not get top 4. Lets see you come back on that now eh?

two big games last in a row, 2 stamps leading to 3 match bans and another red from an idiotic lunge. they just can't lose big games with dignity. they get so bitter of the opposition when they lose to them in what they view as 6 pointers and the fans nearly always do something equally as dumb.

i'm sure there's always some incident in games like these that would put other clubs to shame.

Imagine being their neighbours. Morning, noon and night the Anfield Rap blurring out as he's bouncing off the walls and booting a ball around.

Probably knock 50% of the house price living next door to him.

Thats the idea mate, reduce house prices by 50% and Liverpool buy them via a 3rd party in order to knock it down and build a shiny new stand.........

Of course my comment is based on rumours !

On my facebook, an RS 'fan' took such huge exception to Michael Owen's commentary on BT he wanted to "smash his head through a brick wall".

Think about that.

And we wonder why they won't apologise for Heysel...

The only problem i can see is that it is me wanting to smash my head through a brick wall after listening to Owen commentary.
