ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

I despair for them, i really do.

Words fail me the lengths they go to brush the fact they killed 39 people who went to watch a game of football and still refuse any responsibility by blaming everyone else...

Those Liverpool supporters that fateful night have blood on their hands IF they were involved in that attack. How they sleep on this anniversary should haunt them till their dying day. JFT39.
Have always supported the MURDERERS chant, they should never be allowed to forget it.

Whilst I can understand that feeling, Personally I'd rather we didn't.

I'd rather Everton invite Juventus to Goodison for a pre-season game in an effort to show that at least the blue half of the city can act with dignity and class. We wouldn't need to try and make any kind of 'political capital' out of it, just make them the offer of a game and welcome their fans the way we've welcomed the fans from Wolfsburg, Lille, Krasnodar, Bern and Kiev this year... In friendship and in the true spirit of footballing rivalry, humour and mutual appreciation.

Forgetting that we've done plenty for the Hillsborough campaign, they'd still see it as 'point-scoring'.

This sums it up for me.
1. ONE friend on my social media marked the anniversary who supports Liverpool.
He is a very respectful lad tbh and stands out a mile in the sea of kopite bile.

The rest - nothing.

Loads of fans from other clubs put up a small RIP message.
People died at a football match and THE VAST MAJORITY pretend it didn't happen.

And they have the ******* cheek to call us bitter.
