yeah, i liked that - i'm going to use it as a great example.

pundits/ commentators are always going on about teams who get relegated when they go through 3 managers in a season - every single time they bark on about how it's destined for failure etc. you need a manager for a whole season, or a 2nd max if things clearly need a fix.

will love to dig this one out as an argument.
