Just as an aside to yesterday's bent win for the RS at Palace.
The lino who gave the penalty was Scott Ledger, the same fella who failed to see Sterling knock the ball out 2 foot at City in the SF.
Ledger is from Barnsley and I was talking to someone the other day who went to school with him, and guess what? He's a Kopite.....had his bedroom decked out in RS decor the lot. Claimed to be a Barnsley fan when he was climbing the referees ladder, as he knew he'd never get the top flight gig, if he declared his allegiance.

When my RS mate started up tonight, I mentioned how well I thought Liverpool played and that they were fully deserving of the justified win. I then also mentioned that it was a shame that West Ham managed to get three undeserved points which kept them well above the RS in the league..........
I heard something similar from my mate, wonder how many other Referees/Linos have done the same?

Wouldn't be surprised, he couldn't wait to give the pen, and he should have been sacked for missing sterling ball over the line, I could see it in real time and he didn't.

It's would be great if a documentary was done on refs in our league, follow 3 of them for a bit, interviews after games, look at the family history, why they became refs, interview their old school friends. How they cope with the abuse from fans, their relationship with players and managers. Maybe follow one who trying to become a premiership ref as well.

I played football last night and my mate, an RS came up to me, "the mighty reds are on the march again" he said.
I pointed out that they beat palace by diving and he flatly denied that it was a dive, of course he would. Every other bloke who was there said it was a dive. It just goes to show the loyalty in fans and also the contempt from everyone else for the RS.

Seen it yesterday when fella in work was trying to justify in length (to other liverpool fans btw) how it was a dive. There was actually no opposition to his thoughts until he asked me and i disagreed, apart from that he was arguing against no-one to justify it!
I refuse to talk football with any of their fans, the hypocrisy from them is amazing and everything always has to revert back to that club. Deluded bellends
Always the same with the RS, they're more irrelevant than Spurs and are the biggest set of hypocrites going!
