Probably a pipe dream, but as and when the Blues eventually leave Goodison it would be brilliant if Everton redeveloped the ground as houses to truly give something back to the local community... As against the reprehensible behaviour of our neighbours across the park.

There are a number of ideas knocking about already which would include EiTC, local community leaders and other interested parties. The community value of Goodison's land is probably much greater than the development value, so I'm hopeful the legacy of the greatest club ground in the country will be a positive one, not just marked by a plaque in a housing estate saying the centre circle used to be here.
