ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

I've quite enjoyed laughing at ourselves over the last few weeks too. To be honest the rs are a bit meh in the excitement stakes. Decent attacking, the midfield is ok and the defence flounders against anyone with some quality. They're a good team when there's a few excellent teams and other teams with more excitement and interest so no wonder not one outside their fans are bothered.

There’s a big three then three wannabes. United Chelsea City win most of the trophies and buy the big players. Arsenal fans are fuming and want Wenger out despite three FA cups in 4 years. Pochettino is starting to come under pressure for not winning a trophy despite mounting two title challenges. Klopp? Absolutely beyond reproach despite not being anywhere near the league and no trophy in 2 seasons. Their expectations have been massively lowered to the point that as long as they are above us and their friends in the media keep writing about some of their players they don’t care that they’re an irrelevance in English football.

Can’t believe that after first inventing pressing, Klopp has now invented squad rotation. What a genius. Keep all those players fresh for their title challenge that is going so well.

Maybe now we can put the "was Clattenburg corrupt" argument to bed - he was and always was. Not incompetence; corruption and arrogance.

Have they chopped his hands off in the middle east yet?

(I am sorry if I am committing a terrible act of racial profiling. Not all Clattenurgs are crooked. Boom boom.)

Salah's Goals

1. Watford - Tap in he nearly missed.
2. Hoffenheim - Empty net
3. Arsenal - Pace goal and weird stuff from Cech, going back, coming forward, not setting himself before shot, awful angles.
4. Seville - Shouldn't even count.
5. Burnley - Reasonable goal. Keeper will be disappointed though. Near post.
6. Leicester - Was trying to nod it back across goal. Sheer fluke.
7. Daily Mirror - Shouldn't count.
8. Daily Mirror - Shouldn't count.
9. Spurs - Mishit pace goal. Lucky.
10. Daily Mirror - Shouldn't count.
11. West Ham - Pace goal with only Hart to beat
12. West Ham - SPACE goal. Afforded a ludicrous amount of space due to school boy defending from West Ham.
13. Southampton - A tidy finish but again in silly amount of space due to that clown they nearly signed in the summer going on some demented walkabout. Forrster will be disappointed to let it in as well. It was hardly in the postage stamp.
14. Southampton - Couldn't really miss.
15. Chelsea - Took it quite well but incredibly lucky deflection.

You really don't like Salah do you Steve0?

I suppose he is not as silkily talented as Niasse.

You've just made a list of 15 (fifteen) goals that he's scored this season in an attempt to convince us he's average.
