Glad someone else mentioned this. I didn't want to appear at all bitter but Kane absolutely bossed him. As that's pretty much all I've seen of VVD I'm not overly concerned.

VVD is a good defender but he won't solve their defensive issues. Our best defender is Gabriel Jesus and our next best is Raheem Sterling. Liverpool's front 3 don't do any defending. Until they start winning the ball further up the pitch their problems won't go away.
