"This is an outstanding club known for its fantastic atmosphere," said Klopp

Klopp has issued a plea for Liverpool fans not to wreck the Roma coach or endanger life.

Is there another club in this country that needs to remind its own fans not to kill the opposition?

He did say its fine in the ground though. Sort of.

Currently getting their backsides kissed on the BBC 6 o'clock. Talking about "the passion of Anfield" that beat City.

Absolutely riddled with them in the media.

They are the Establishment's favourite team. Ironic when you consider their fans try as hard as they can to get some *oulaw* image for themselves off the ground.

Quite simply, the British media and authorities love Liverpool FC.

The ironic thing is, the nation rejoiced when Gerrard slipped.

yep, the whole of britain utterly hates them, they'd be a lot of fans' most hated team outside of rivals, but because of their huge influence in the media, this is never let out. I suppose with things like social media now, people can actually see how hated and deluded they are. I can see all the saddos writing in to BBC during our game trying to say how good a job allardyce has done. so so sad and bitter.

As far as I can see he didn't say anything about endangering life, you've just added that on needlessly so you can end you post with that last sentence about them being the only club to have to tell their fans not to kill anyone.

Him having to tell their fans to not attack a bus is a good enough reason to take the piss... why add on a bit of fake news at the end which then devalues the rest of the post ?

I'm sure if wreck a coach with people on, then you could endanger them.

i'm sure the Italian ultras will be only too happy to repay them in kind.
I do hope that nothing happens. I remember Heysel and couldn't ever wish for anything like that to happen again. How Liverpool FC can seemingly allow this behaviour to regain roots in their support is beyond belief. It needs to be stamped out completely and vigilance against it needs to be constant.

People were stabbed in Rome the last time they played there - who in their right mind could want this? It's not a race to the bottom of the heap. A friendly and enjoyable visit for Roma, would promote a better visit for Liverpool fans over in Italy. This lunacy of giving people a 'welcome' can only exacerbate the situation over there. The minimum a travelling fan or team should expect is safety.

Are you honestly going to sit there and say that Man City players lives were in danger a few weeks ago ? Cmon lads, thats some next level straw clutching.

Either way Klopp did not say anything to his fans about 'not killing anyone' or 'endangering life'.
Its just Davek being Davek.

I just can't see the point in making stuff up when the original comment about not attacking a bus is more than enough to make them look bad.

Maybe not the players, but the coach driver could easily have been distracted and lost control of that coach.
