Have you come out as a rs yet mate, or are you still covert? I honestly can't keep up with you all.
I'm going with rs
Mate he's so far in the closet Mr tumnas is taking him to the white witch as we speak, hopefully Asian will rip the blurts throat out, sad kopite rats....

Madrid with a 11-0 win will do me nicely. Something that will mentally screw them for years and years. More epic than Crystanbul, more funnier than Gerrards slip, something that every time we bring it up they start frothing at the mouth.

That will do me nicely and if that happened then the next 3 weeks which are going to be 'kin horrible will be worthwhile
A defeat of any description is vital. If that happens I'd see a chain of events that would be hard to stop:

  • Klopp would be under the cosh having produced no success and will have the stink of a loser if he loses his 6th(?) straight final.
  • The front three will be stripped from them as Euro powerhouses bring the megabucks out.
  • The rest of the team will be seen as not good enough and another player overhaul and rebuilding stage embarked on.
  • FSG will be seen as the enemy and hounded by the cult.
If they manage to win they are going to take some stopping if they then add world class quality in vulnerable positions (FBs, GK, another CB, another CM).

90 minutes in Kiev is a zero sum game for those reasons....and there's no other team in the world I'd entrust the task of derailing Liverpool than Real Madrid. I'm not happy Liverpool are in the final, but I'm VERY confident they'll lose to Madrid.

100% i didnt want them in the final either, especially with so many decisions going their way. BUT.....now they face a real powerhouse team so if they do beat Madrid fair and square even i will say fair play to the missus and out up with the following months of expected crap from them.

BUT....that wont happen and Madrid will do what they do best and that is to win the CL again

Lads its gonna be a long 3 weeks to the day of the final.
Drove home from work down breck road and thommos shop looks like their souvenir shops
Flags scarfs even a cut out of the Egyptian.just walked the dog round the Pinehurst area I live.
Flags are already out the windows.its gonna be a living hell.
FFS REAL MADRID YOU BETTER TURN UP AND KILL THIS ON THE 24th PLEASE

This lot are absolutely hilarious. Kept a lid on things in Rome because they knew they'd have been ran out of town. The fact Merseyside Police and the Red Echo are so desperate to big them up for not terrorising somewhere tells you all you need to know.

As sure as night follows day expect them to revert to the usual behaviour in Kiev when they're up against Madrid who won't be looking for a fight. Hold onto your tickets lads, it's gonna be a wild one.

...it’s odd but these isolated sorte’s to the Champions League Final feel worst than when they were dominating the English and European game.

Different days mate. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but back then the FA Cup was an equal to the EC/UEFA/CWC.

And I expect anyone of 30 or under will blink, rub their eyes, blink again, and call the Medics for me.

But its true.

It's Started

2PM this afternoon, walking past a town centre pub (alkies only one, admittedly) and I heard YAWN belting out. I'd have to throw up if that came on with me inside a pub.
It came on as a prank at my wedding reception. My reaction was not pretty, believe me.

Pity the biz could sort them out in their own patch. Incompetent idiots

The only thing exceptional about their behaviour was that they didn't kill anyone.

There is a greater tension there. It's because back then we knew they'd be there or thereabouts each season, so you just got used to it and didn't dwell on it as much. The last twenty odd years though you know that if they can be defeated in a big final/deciding league game you wont have to worry about them for a decade or so. The stakes are bigger now.
