To be fair the dive guide said the sharks have so much food there that you are pretty safe. Like I say, I wouldn't do it now, never felt so exposed.

Get what you mean, some of the spots I used to go spearfishing when I was in my teens and early 20's were asking to become a shark attack statistic. If you could be bothered look up fingal point nsw on maps, there's a spot off the rocks we used to jump in from and we'd be out there for hours at a time. Not a chance I'd be going in the water there now.

I'm not surprised you couldn't scuba when you've got balls that weigh a tonne each, sink right to the bottom. Stewth.

Horrible way to go. No way I'm watching a video of it either. Yeah it might be dumb to swim in an area around sharks but you have to empathize especially with the poor guys family, traumatic a f.

I still love my surfing now, but there's waters I'd no longer go in. In my head I've pushed my luck enough already in that regard, so I'm with you on that.

Also you need some new jibes: millions of people watch anime and I don't require a body pillow. Shake it up, come up with some new content.

And for the record, empathy isn't the right word, it would be sympathy and I don't sympathise with someone brazenly swimming in shark territory. Same way I don't sympathise with people playing on train tracks and getting hit.
