I do that now, eat out 2 or 3 times a week save buying food, when you are your own it's cheaperIn the depths of winter it will probably cheaper to sit in a nice warm pub all day having a few pints and a meal than have the heating and the cooker on in your own pad.
I wrote a very strongly worded email and told them that I knew what they were telling me to pay was a joke. I can work such things out. I also said that they're going to have blood on their hands because some people who are less numerate might take their own lives. Despicable.Had the same issue with E-On, told em the same, we are luckily in credit after the Summer wont last long but they wanted me to up the DD from 65 to 475 a month!!I said on your bike knobheads how about you invest some of your obscene profits back into peoples pockets, I settled on 85 a month as i know I will have to heat and light the place and will definitely be in debit to them come March but this insanity needs to end before people really kick off and i really believe they will at some point, people are backs to the wall already and it aint ending soon!
I will go as often as I can but 6 hour round trip is the killer on cost, I have considered moving back up North as my job is WFH 100% now but just to watch Everton is not a good enough reason.
Exactly. Profiteering barstewards. The price cap is quite misleading, especially how the media are portraying it. The £3600 being mentioned isn't the maximum annual cost an energy company can charge a household, the price cap is on the price of each unit (kwH) and the daily standing charge. Therefore the £3600 is based on the average household's likely annual charge, though your actual charge will be higher or lower than that depending on your actual usage.
If you are a 2 person household, your annual charge will likely be lower than £3600, and you are right to tell eON to do one! Many energy companies are pulling this stunt, trying to whack up people's direct debits to unnecessarily high monthly payments, as this way your money will be in their pockets, not yours, and you will just be building up credit on your account.
Ultimately that is just money being passed around between clubs. The issue is money being taken out of the game by scumbag agents and players' salaries.Reading this.
Then reading about the confetti money being thrown about on transfers .
What a time to be alive.
That’s if you can get in. Any public buildings, including pubs etc are going to be rammed this winter. In the depths of winter it will probably cheaper to sit in a nice warm pub all day having a few pints and a meal than have the heating and the cooker on in your own pad.
They'll all be closed. That’s if you can get in. Any public buildings, including pubs etc are going to be rammed this winter.
Libraries full up too.....That’s if you can get in. Any public buildings, including pubs etc are going to be rammed this winter.

Pretty sure I remember recently that subscriptions right across the board are falling... Undoubtedly will have and effect on budgets further down the line. Not read all of this so may have been mentioned, but from a football perspective it may lead to less subscriptions to Sky, and also with businesses struggling maybe less money spent on advertising?
So could this have a knock on effect to Premier League and their spending on players and wages?

Only a fool would give up those juicy credits.Question to all you saying you won't be able to go to as many aways:
Are you still going to buy the ticket and sell it on so you get the credit, or you going to give others a chance to get on the ladder?
