Euro 2021 in England...

Meh.

Not really the same is it.

Be good to see Mbappe, Ronaldo etc in person if you can get tickets. I assume they’ll be letting in 10k or whatever?

Would be shocked if they moved Scotland games from Glasgow.

Would be absolute carnage. Imagine, Scotland fans dreaming of home game at Hampden, get shafted, and end up having to go to Southampton.

I'd also be disappointed, as i've got two games in Glasgow. My appeal for Dublin (cheap flights), may make my decision to get tickets for Slovakia Vs. Sweden a lot less appetising.

I just wonder if it would hinder England going forward, if the host it, even with 30% capacity. Going for something like 2028, which is what I believe was the gentleman's agreement they made with Germany was, wasn't it, would be a lot less appealing if they're hosting 7 years prior.

How many stadiums are normally picked for these tournaments?

Wembley, Old Trafford, The Etihad, The Emirates, Spurs Stadium, London Stadium all huge and new(/modern in Old Trafford’s case) with no obstructed views. Then you’ve got Anfield, Villa Park, St James’ Park, The Stadium of Light etc. I can’t think of any other country with stadiums like that in fairness.

I assume St Mary’s, Molineux, Brighton’s Stadium (AmEx?) would be used for your Finland vs Denmarks in the group stage.

Id say realistically

St. James Park
Old Trafford
Anfield
Villa Park
Wembley
Tottenham Stadium/Emirates

are shoe ins.

Stadium of Light
Etihad
St. Mary’s/Amex

would have a chance too.

Ricoh, King Power, Molineux would be outside chances.
Would he shocked if Wales and Scotland turn their noses up at hosting games at a major tournament mind.

It's a message to the world: 'Open for business'.
That was the message anyway considering it was gonna be held all over Europe anyway, it may well be restricted to domestic fans anyway but we’re talking 3/4 months away before we get round that
