This is lining up beautifully for an england dry bumming in the final by the first decent team they play.
You wouldn’t sleep the night before that.

Did they beat you tooNot much bigger than north Macedonia
They won't meetThe Danes will beat England.
Haha, very good.Sniff it, Joachim Low!
NO, NOT THAT!!!
For whatever shortcomings they have on the pitch, its an extremely likeable club. Its a shame they have to represent a large subsext of fans who don't deserve to wear the shirt.Absolutely vile.
As an England fan I am disgusted by this, they are not England fans in my eyes. They are not even human in my eyes. They are cowardly things who are just like all the other social media racists & bigots. When that came on the screen I, like any other, human, 'awwed', heartbreaking to see kids reacting like this to football.
We were all there, I balled my eyes out in 1990, this was of course before my footballing soul was sucked dry by years of Everton & England (And Barrow, in my case as well).
You're right about players, trouble is the referees know the rules but haven't a clue about how to play the game.No pro will think its a red - every ref will. Players, generally, dont know what day of the week it is.
What are you like.
Some very hard games ahead. England shouldn’t be taking anything for grantedIn any sport, when you've got the tools to contend and win the big titles, you need to seize the opportunity or risk turning into a Jimmy White. Given the home advantage for all but one match, the weakness of traditional giants, and the ever-so-gentle draw, this is the moment for England. If they cannot seize this now, one has to ask when will they?
I'm not English, so I'm not speaking from a patriotic perspective. I'm Irish living in Germany. As much as it pains me to admit, this is definitely England's chance to finally join the great football nations of Europe, such as Denmark, Czechoslovakia, and Greece as champions of Europe. All silliness aside, this really must be it. You will never get a more favorable set of conditions. Ukraine is, in the nicest possible way, a bye to the last four. It really doesn't get any easier than that at this level. Then it's back to Wembley for the Danes or Czechs, proud football nations - former winners, no less - but not a traditional giant at the peak of its powers. It really doesn't get more conducive than this. The final will be against a good side which has had to come through an arduous half, so England have all the advantages.
I think it's now or never for England - and I'd be very confident they'll be in the final. The only question now is can they handle expectation. That's part of becoming a champion team too. England's to lose.
