Some very hard games ahead. England shouldn’t be taking anything for granted
Nothing for granted, but they have to recognise the opportunity and seize it. They were too callow in Russia, but no more. When you've got the tools and the conditions, strike while the iron is hot. The window of opportunity shuts quickly on any team. This is England's opportunity and it is wide open. Time to make hay while the sun shines.

It is a great opportunity for us but there are no easy games at this level.

Ukraine, although easier on paper than a Netherlands will still be an extremely tricky tie and I hope the players and manager are going to approach it as if it was another final against one of the more fancied sides. If anything I think it may be harder for the manager to keep the players minds on this game than if it was against one of the so called better sides.

Ukraine will be under strength, due to the exertions on Tuesday but never underestimate a wounded animal. Opportunity = Yes, Do not get ahead of ourselves = Most definitely.

I've worked out if england get to the semi finals, we will never have hear about euro 96 again.

yesssss

just 30 years of this one to endure.

Ugh, I despise Spanish football and everything it stands for. (and not because of recent events either!)

Come on Switzerland.
