Actually England only won the bid for the final. The semis were meant to be in Belgium but their stadium got delayed so UEFA just awarded the semis to Wembley

I thought it was both mate! There was only set to be one ko game at Wembley and the final iirc - could be wrong but on a podcast the other day that’s how they explained it
