Yes its very classist, it was supposed to be as I was talking from the perspective of how Johnson sees people.

It's not an oxymoron as such because being working class doesn't mean that you automatically work or want to. Do his sort not see the working class as workshy scroungers?

When I think of workshy scroungers I think more of privileged middle class students from rich families who are spoon fed their entire lives personally. The sort of people that want lockdown to carry on forever so they can keep getting furlough pay. Maybe it’s those people he’s trying to pander to.
